I am leasing a garden bed for the garden season at $75 per 4 x 8 bed and understand there are no refunds.(Required)

I will work to keep the garden a happy, secure, and enjoyable space where all participants can garden and socialize comfortably.(Required)

Hold Harmless Waiver - I understand there may be dangers involved in gardening and agree to waive any claims of legal action against Lewes Community Garden due to injury or other damage to physical property. I understand this applies to me as well as my guests, designees and anyone who shares my bed.(Required)

I give permission for my picture to be used in all garden materials (i.e. website, social media, newsletters, etc.) and for my email to be shared with other gardeners/volunteers.(Required)

I understand I cannot begin gardening until payment is made. Checks should be sent to Lewes Community Garden at PO Box 436 Lewes, DE 19958. New gardeners should wait to mail in checks until after they are notified of acceptance.(Required)
